in this week’s live i took a deep dive into the cosmology that has shaped how i understand pain, why we’re here, and what this life is actually for. the idea that we came here knowing what we would be dealing with, and that the forgetting was part of the design and not the punishment. also that the body we’ve been taught to transcend is actually the whole point.
i moved through what it means to have an oversoul that is always streaming through you, even when you can’t feel it, and why the hindbrain has been running the show for so long. i touched on what that has to do with planetary history, not just personal trauma, and what hypnotherapists, channelers and quantum physicists are all arriving at from very different directions.
and towards the end i shared the image that came in during my candle light yoga class, while in shavasana, the night before. it was of a sword with a blue dragon coiling around it. and i spoke about what it revealed of our true essence as spiritual beings on a human journey.
